Terrance did an absolutely fantastic job building our fence. He was extremely responsive, very thorough, and transparent. Was straight forward about cost and didn’t add any surprises, even when a little extra work was needed.

Didn’t have a deck done by them, but just recently had an interaction with Terrance and can honestly say this is the guy you want to do your Basement or Deck. Genuine and honest guy, doesn’t skip corners, cares about the details. Nice meeting you Terrance. Keep up the great work.

What an amazing team. These guys are real pro”s. They rocked up with a machine that looked like it could find oil in my garden, put up the deck in 3 days including concrete drying time. Made jokes all the time so it was basically a free comedy show for me. They were also super patient with my strange requests. They really know their way around deck. 10/10 I now have the best frankendeck in Airdrie.

My experience with Terrance and Roberts Custom Builders started when I asked Chat GPT for some highly recommended deck builders in my area. Terrance was one that was recommended and I asked for a free quote. He reached out to me right away and we began talking about our project. His estimate was very fair and in line with other builders we had give us quotes. Once I met Terrance in person, I knew he was the type of person whose handshake I could trust. Terrance came through in a massive way. His workmanship is beyond what I could have ever expected. He added a few touches to my deck that I wouldn’t have ever thought of. All in all we are so happy with the end product and the way it turned out that we are looking to bring him in to finish our basement. Very, very highly recommended!

Terrance was a pleasure to deal with. Had my old chain line fence replaced with a wooden board over board fence. Looks absolutely stunning! Terrance is easy to get ahold of, keeps you in the loop and the total job took 3 days with 0 issues. Definitely will be reaching out again for future projects
